Delete your account

You can delete your iAdvertise.store account yourself, at any time.

In the app

Open Account, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

On the website

Log in, open Profile and use Delete account at the bottom of the page: go to your profile.

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone number, sign-ins (including Google and Apple), ads, stores and verification documents are removed straight away.

What we keep

Orders, payments, reviews and messages stay, without your name, so the other person keeps their record and we can meet our accounting duties.

If you have an office pickup order, stored item or inspection that is not finished yet, please complete or cancel it first.

Can't log in? Write to us through the details on the Imprint page and we will delete the account for you.
