About us

Zimbabwe Medical Professions and Allied Trade Union (Registered under Labour Act chapter 28:01). We represent NEC graded employees in private medical sector. Our aim is to break from traditional union approaches, prioritising dialogue & engagement over confrontation.Our membership involves a subscription of 1% of total salary (0.5% USD, 0.5% ZIG) and in return we provide legal representation through our well experienced lawyers for matters beyond labour .We extend to civil & criminal matters for members & families, making it our priority that our members are legally protect both at work and away from work. As a result we foster a balanced employer-employee relations necessary for both business and labour
