Zimbabwe Medical Profession and Allied Trade Union (Registered under Labor Act chapter 28:01). We represent NEC graded employees in private medical sector. Our aim is to break from traditional union approaches, prioritising dialogue and engagement over confrontation. Our membership involves a subscription of 1% of total salary (o.5% USD , 0.5% ZIG ) and in return we provide legal representation through our well experienced lawyers for matters beyond labor. We extend to civil and criminal matter for members and families, making it our priority that our members are legally protected both at work and away from work.
